Okay here’s the skinny… I find nothing lacking in the Church which is the Body of Christ. It has humanity’s scars but it is perfectly sustained by the Glorious Spirit and beauty of our God, in and through Christ. So my intent is not to lead anyone away from the Church, but it is to cause us all to ask if we are the Body of Christ. Do I REALLY know Him? Is He working in me or am I trying to create and earn my own salvation by following traditions and rules? Can I Love with agreat measure of His Love? My intent is to share the True Spirit of the Church.
We can not sustain ourselves and try to measure up to God’s call by following religious rituals and superstitious fallacies. Money and power may purchase the love and respect of mankind and maybe even position and status but God’s love can not be bought or earned. There’s no brownie point system… we’re all on a level playing field no matter our station in this life. Doctorates, certifications, lineage, etc are of NO spiritual value.
It’s not our human striving that makes us the Church. It’s His Divine Spiritual nature whereby He can keep us on our feet, standing tall in His bright presence, fresh and celebrating—to our one God, our only Savior, through Jesus Christ, our Master, be glory, majesty, strength, and rule before all time, and now, and to the end of all time.
It is not my intent to cause the world to see the Church or the Creator as something unobtainable because of the high religious standards and unreachable mandates that men have set up, it is my desire and goal to shine light on the Truth that every man can have the fullness of Christ and therefore rest in the confidence that even at times like these that we are all witnessing… God still reigns supreme. He loves us more than we’ve ever failed, His mercy endures forever, His Grace is amazing and there’s NOTHING you can do to earn it. He gives freely of Wisdom to all that will ask… He’s knocking at the door of each man’s heart and to those who will answer, He will faithfully enter and commune with you. Once we receive Him into our hearts by faith and trust, He will never leave or forsake us.
“Everyone the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will never drive away.” ~Jesus
