An Open and Shut Case

They say that when God closes a door He opens a window or leaves a window open. That is silly in my POV. The Word always refer to the Key of David and describes it as opening the door, no one can close and closing the door, no one can open. Therefore it would stands to reason that if God closes a door it is meant to remain closed forever. Yet it also seems plausible and almost certain that God can give us favor by opening another door of opportunity for our lives that no one can slam in our face. *just my humble opinion*

“These are the words of Him who is Holy and True, who holds the key of David. What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open”. ~Revelation 3:7

“I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.” ~Isaiah 22:22
